Located in Dong Thap province, a center of the key area for tropical fruit production in the Mekong Delta, Long Uyen has equipped a meticulously designed, closed-structured production line that meets global quality management standards, including the latest BRC, ISO 22000:2005, FDA and other certifications. With state-of-the-art equipment and a skilled workforce of 300 employees, the company can process production capacity at minimum of 17,000 tons per year.

  • LQF new technology quick freezing line system with a capacity of 2,000 kg/h;
  • The BQF (-40°C) freezing system has a freezing capacity of 10-12 tons of finished products/day and night;
  • IQF fluidized bed individual quick freezing line system with a capacity of 2,000 kg/h;
  • The system of machines and equipment for the production lines is synchronous and modern. The system of weighing – packing – product inspection lines is fully automatic, meeting international standards;
  • The water supply system meets the microbiological standards, and the wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 250m3/h reaching the national average (A);
  • Central air conditioning system meets working conditions for the processing area and room temperature at the standard level in agricultural product processing;
  • Cold storage system (-25°C) with a capacity of 1,000 tons, an input delivery – output product production line system and cold storage satellites with the total capacity of 3,000 tons;
  • Many automatic equipment and machines have been equipped by Long Uyen, reducing the impact and dependence on human resource also to increase hygiene during the production process.
